Which photos work best?
Clear, well-lit phone photos from several angles. Three is enough to start; more helps with tricky markings.
Can you work from older photos?
Usually, yes. Send what you have and we’ll tell you honestly what we can achieve before you pay anything.
How long until it arrives?
Your 3D preview is ready within 48 hours. After you approve it, production and delivery take one to two weeks.
What if I want changes to the model?
Just tell us. We keep adjusting the model until you’re happy, at no extra cost.
Can I order several pets together?
Yes. Each pet gets its own figurine. Send us a message for a combined order.
Where do you deliver?
Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery included. Other countries on request.
